OPEN GYM

Monday - Saturday 6:00am - 9:00pm

         Sunday 9:00am - 7:00pm

All membership include unlimited access to our open gym facility. We feature everything you will need to accomplish your fitness goals. We have treadmills, elliptical, stair master, heavy duty power racks, and multiple selectorized equipment. 

Want to come multiple times a day? No problem, it is included!

BOOT CAMP

T/TH 6:00am

Our boot camps are built with a progress in mind. Timed stations that consist of exercises like push ups, slam balls, tire flips, battle ropes, lunges, and so much more. These classes allow you to set your own rep goals so that you always have a number to beat next time.

BEGINNER ADULT CLASS (12YO AND UP)

2021 Schedule (Class starts at 11:30am)

**Arrive by 11am to do paperwork**

July 10th & 24th, August 7th & 21st, Sept 4th & 18th, Oct 2nd, 16th, & 30th, Nov 13th & 27th, Dec 11th

Need more practice with the hook? Need the right way to roll? Need foot movement? Or just nervous about being thrown into a regular class? Then this is the class for you! Hour long class completely dedicated to learning all the basics. We will slow techniques down and deep dive into all the mechanics Boxing. Arrive by 11am to secure your spot in class and fill out paperwork.

ADULT BOXING

M/W/F 6:00am, 7:30am, 11:30am, 4:00pm, 5:30pm, 7:00pm
T/TH 11:30am, 5:30pm

12 years old & up only - Led by one of our experienced trainers. You will go through rounds of intense traditional boxing training and conditioning with other members of all fitness levels. Jump roping, double end bags, heavy bag drills, and pad work is just some of the techniques you will see during you hour long class time. Our class structure is set up to make sure you walk away knowing the proper techniques and movements.

KIDS CLASS

T/TH 4:00 - 5:00pm

8-11 years old only - Our kids class is similar to the adult class structure. We offer tailored training on heavy bags with a focus on circuit training for cardio. Each kids class takes a strong emphasis on basics and repetition. There is a 15 minute warm up followed by a 45 minute group training

COMPETITIONS AND SPARRING

The Luyando family is a USA Boxing Certified Gym and has been part of some of the top events like Golden Gloves, Olympic Qualifiers, Silver Gloves, Regional Nationals, and many others. We have experience in the Armature and Pro Boxer Scene. If Competing is in your future, then stop by our location today and talk to Head Coach about your next steps. Sparring is currently held on Tuesday/Thursday/Saturdays and open to all active class members. 

*Headgear and Mouth Guard absolutely REQUIRED, NO EXCEMPTIONS!
